Responsibility

Rukako oy has already done good work for sustainable tourism for years, e.g.

- by using energy-friendly light bulbs

- by changing old devices to  low-energy ones when renovating cottages 

- by using environmentally friendly cleaning products when possible

- by recycling incandescent bulbs, batteries and small metal - and electrical equipment

- in maintenance by taking into account the energy efficiency of the sites and energy savings in renovations and other measures

With these actions, we want to convey responsibility to accommodation owners, future guests and partners.
We hope that the parties will act responsibly and sustainably, taking into account the local environment, the community as well as the economy, and that these actions will keep our region organic and clean for future generations.

Rukako Oy has joined the Visit Finland Sustainable Travel Finland program to promote the company's sustainability and responsibility.
